Senior Sales & Partnership Manager
£80,000-£90,000 (Work Level 4)
Plus benefits including: company car or allowance (£6,000 per annum), private healthcare and up to 10% pension contribution
Remote/home-based and/or hybrid working from one of our regional offices, with travel across England and Wales
We’re looking for a senior sales & partnership manager to join our estate planning team.
As the UK’s largest provider of estate planning services, Co-op Legal is committed to finding new routes to market and pioneering innovative ways of supporting our customers.
In this role, you’ll develop and implement strategies to enhance our customer experience, while also leading and inspiring a large team of field based estate planning consultants. We’ll look to you to grow our B2B partnership portfolio, and put in place plans to drive new referrals while making sure your team of self-employed consultants consistently follows best practice.
You don’t need legal experience to be successful in this role. If you have the leadership skills and strategic awareness we need, we can offer you the opportunity to further develop an already market leading proposition.
What you’ll do
• lead, mentor and inspire a team of estate planning consultants in an inclusive way, driving a performance culture to meet targets
• develop and implement strategies to provide training, supervision and coaching internally and externally to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• lead on projects to improve customer experience across practice areas in compliance with regulatory obligations
• build influential and effective business partnering relationships with customers at B2Bs to deliver high quality referrals, identifying new opportunities and embedding practices
• work closely with leaders in our operational, legal, risk and compliance teams
• own and manage complaint handling and resolution
• report directly to our head of sales and become a crucial part of our leadership team
This role would suit people who have
• experience of managing partner relationships and delivering business growth
• experience of working in a regulated sales or financial services environment
• experience of developing and delivering consultative sales strategy
• a passion for delivering and improving customer service through your team
• the ability to train and mentor senior colleagues and business customers
• extensive experience of leading large teams
• the ability to build positive relationships with senior leaders, up to exec level
