Responsibilities

• Own the production environment by monitoring performance and availability, as well as the development of automation frameworks that manage platform infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with application teams to help structure and package applications for rapid deployment (eg. helping developers with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation of new and existing services)
• Enhance the customer experience via observability tools that give a holistic view of the health, efficiency and security of services

Essential

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in platform and/or application reliability
• Experience in problem-solving and root-cause analysis
• Hands-on experience in one or more reliability disciplines: DevOps(Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure), Monitoring and Availability (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana),Automation (Hashicorp Terraforms,Pulumi, Ansible, Puppet, Chef,Development (Python, Java and Ruby)

Preferred

• MicroServices based development experience would be advantageous
• Domain Driven Development knowledge and modeling complex business domains preferred
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including practices like CI/CD and Test-Driven Development ideal
• Experience in collaborating with product teams and managers
