Become an expert on our product range
 A Senior Reliability Engineer effectively applies a wide variety of Reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries and effectively manages a project from beginning to end to meet customer expectations and all project deliverables. The SRE works as part of a team and often as a team leader, to lead and influence fellow Engineers.

 As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying ways to enhance ARMS and clients' success and how they can personally contribute
• Analyzing strategic options to ensure the best possible outcomes whilst enhancing the success of others', respectfully
• Encouraging and contributing to the team culture to enhance others' success for the greater benefit of ARMS
• Working on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
• Evaluating independently, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:

• At least 5 years industry experience in a maintenance/reliability role gained in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing
• Experienced in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
• Experienced in data analysis including extraction from various data sources the ability to summarize data into conclusions
• Well versed in leading multi-disciplined groups in the facilitation of problem solving and/or process / maintenance improvement studies
• Experienced in managing projects and able to demonstrate skills in all project elements including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
