To make this happen, our products need to be launched quickly and effectively, based on Business customers’ needs.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Train Engineer (STE)/ Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our innovative Product & Transformation business.  

In this role you will be the lean agile servant leader for developing, coaching & facilitating a high-performing team of 20 RTE’s and Scrum Halves across multiple Agile Release Trains.  You will be the link between business intent and the actual implementation, ensuring customer insight and experience remain central at all times. You will oversee end to end delivery of B2B Products and coach the multi-discipline squads to launch new products and/or enhance existing products.

You will be an experienced STE / Senior RTE who is a highly collaborative and a strong communicator with the ability to influence all levels. You will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and can build KPI queries, ART metric reports and support the RTEs to become super users. 

Who are we looking for?  

• Experience delivering high complexity IT based change with multiple Release Trains, Scrum and Kanban teams.
• SAFe RTE certification , 3+ years Certified Scrum Master with significant Scrum Master experience or experience working in a similar role
• 2+ years experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, including advanced features and functionality
• Exposure to and understanding of Enterprise IT 
• Business Partnership /Advisory skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skillset
