About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, as a Senior Recruiter at Conagra, supporting our Supply Chain business, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for several of our critical functions, majoring in one area while supporting others as necessary. You will work with our hiring managers to refine job descriptions, determine the best recruiting strategies, and perform candidate pre-screens to make interview recommendations to hiring managers. You'll use our CRM and online tools to guide recruiting decisions based on market data. We'll ask you to develop and maintain candidate pipelines for important roles.

What you’ll do:

You’ll have the opportunity to solve hiring problems, guide the decisions, and be an owner every day as you:

  • Manage full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through to employment offer

  • Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand staffing and market needs

  • Manage multiple open requisitions at a time, typically in the range of 15 to 25 at a time

  • Build recruiting strategies including enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to follow business and staffing team goals

  • Conduct recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers

  • Use AI technology (Datapeople) to create engaging job descriptions

  • Provide consultative support for challenging staffing needs, leveraging LinkedIn Talent Insights to set expectations on market & candidate conditions

  • Create online talent communities to develop talent pipelines across multiple roles and levels

  • Network through industry-specific associations, groups and partnerships

  • Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to hiring managers throughout the hiring process

  • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant experience

  • Present qualified and diverse candidate pools along with assessments and make compelling interview recommendations to managers

  • Develop candidate slates for open positions

  • Leverage our CRM (Eightfold) to identify both active and passive talent that is suitable for open requisitions

  • Maintain data to track candidates through the recruitment process

  • Champion our employment brand to potential candidates and market us as an employer of choice

  • Educate and influence candidates around our employment brand message and our mission

  • Identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity

  • Partner with Human Resources to create offers with our ATS (Workday) and present them to candidates

  • Develop an understanding of the businesses you support to educate potential candidates on roles

Sounds Like You?

You could be just who we’re seeking if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, filling professional-level (preferably Supply Chain) roles in Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industries

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday and CRMs like Eightfold

  • Comfort using LinkedIn's Talent Insights to help guide hiring managers' understanding of the candidate marketplace

  • Comfort using the full suite of LinkedIn Recruiter services to identify qualified passive talent pools

  • Experience using a variety of traditional and creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates

  • Success in closing passive candidates

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships to guide Hiring Managers and HR Partners

  • Experience developing long-term relationships with candidates

  • Conflict management, administration, and sound reasoning

  • Comfort using data to help guide recruitment decisions

Location & Travel:

  • This role is currently 100% remote. We will consider applicants seeking remote work opportunities. We also welcome candidates located within a commutable distance to our Omaha or Chicago office, if there is a desire to work onsite.
  • Travel may include up to 5% domestic.
