As a Senior Quality Manager your role is one of the most dynamic roles in our business. You will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the project life-cycle. Working with teams globally you'll ensure our products are designed, developed and delivered with quality at the core. This position will be primarily based in the Billerica MA site but you will lead Global Quality initiatives in relation to continuous improvement within JAP, APAC, and Americas.
 

As a Senior Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding of product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, manufacturing/production process control methodologies
• Leading and implementing change Exceptional analytical and problem solving
• Leading Quality Management System operations
• Managing site certifications and working with registrar and customer auditors
• Managing and working with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Working with quality tools and continuous Improvement methods, including but not limited to RCA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, A3 Thinking

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have completed Bachelor's Degree in an engineering-based subject
• Minimum of 10 years’ Quality experience
• Have leadership experience in ISO 9001 quality management, operations, lean manufacturing
• Have a strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation & execute procedures)
• Have hands on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience
• Have Lead/Internal Auditor with proven industry audit experience
• Have strong Analytical/Statistical/PC Skills
• Have strong knowledge of statistical process control methods and techniques
