Job Description:

Markets Data team is building the next generation Data fabric to solve for Business, Analytics and growing regulatory needs. Vast amounts of data assets have been accumulated through the years. As part of BI Infrastructure, we will provide business intelligence solutions in Qlikview, Power BI and Tableau and maintain the infrastructure which will facilitate the data being analyzed and used in Executive reporting

We are looking for a highly motivated Qlikview PL/SQL professional with a passion for data and with the ability to support our server infrastructure which holds multiple projects. This job involves being part of a dynamic team and contributing towards operational management within the next generation BI Platform. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Qlikview, Management Console, Qlikview services and other BI tools as well including Power BI and tableau Admin and can work with Infra teams for seamless support experience

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Qlikview + SQL Support professional will be working very closely with multiple teams onboarded on our Platform. This role needs below core skills:

• Work closely with the business teams and drive the project Onboardings, Dashboard Onboardings on our infrastructure.
• Accountable for all phases of Support process – analysis, Setup, Vulnerability Assessment, System Patching’s and Software Upgrades.
• Perform System Testing for all Server changes/Upgrades and ensure that all critical and high-severity issues are addressed.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Support Model.
• Align to Engineering Excellence Operational principles and standards
• Promote and increase our Operational Productivity
• Fully adhere to and evangelize a full Continuous Integration and Continuous Deploy pipeline
• Strong SQL skills to extract and analyze any server issues
• Strong communication skills to work with System Administrators of different support teams.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative taking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
• 8-12 years’ experience in application / software development

Skills:

• Prior work Experience in Qlikview/Application Support
• Work in 24*5 rotational shifts from Monday to Friday.
• Experience with Qlikview, Service Now, SQL
• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills are required
• Solid understanding of the Qlikview Server Setup, Management Console, Access Point Servers and Windows Servers
• Passionate, self-driven with can do attitude
• Able to build practical solutions
• Good Team player, who can work with onsite/Offshore model and deadline oriented
• The candidate is expected to be dynamic, flexible with a high energy level as this is a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
