About the role

As a Senior Propositions Manager in the newly formed Propositions and GTM Team, you will be asked to lead the definition and development of new customer value propositions. You’ll manage a complex set of stakeholders, from Marketing to IT, always ensuring that the voice of the customer is faithfully represented in everything that we create.

You’ll get to work closely with our GTM Team to ensure that propositions developed are taken to market in the most effective way, to glean the most impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and development of new propositions in collaboration with the Product Strategy & Innovation Team
• Work with the Insights team to define, run and analyse qual/quant research
• Ensure that new propositions are in line with our existing portfolio, finding new and creative ways to build on capabilities that exist to reduce time to market
• Manage stakeholders from across the business including Commercial, Delivery, IT & Marketing functions
• Support in-life team, where required, to identify how we can evolve propositions that are in market
• Support on the day-to-day management, where required, of in-life propositions
• Work with GTM to shape take-to-market of new propositions
• Propose measurement of propositions prior to launch to ensure we are monitoring success in market and identifying areas of improvement
• Ensure all work is fully documented  

What We Need from You:

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience having developed complex propositions in a consumer facing environment
• Proven experience having led a broad set of stakeholders, up to a senior level
• Engineering/IT experience; ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements, confidence to work closely with IT teams to identify creative ways of developing our propositions and reducing time to market
• Strong interpersonal skills to include but not exclusive, analytical, communication, conflict management & influencing skills, with ability to deliver within a matrix organisation
