It’s an exciting time to join the Capita O2 Partnership and we have a number of fantastic opportunities working in our exciting and fast paced Business Change Team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a team impact assessing and delivering client and internal projects, working closely with other colleagues from across the breadth of the O2 Partnership and Capita Customer Management division. The successful candidate will also take on line manager responsibilities and be key to the development of other members of the team.

This is a full-time permanent position which can be based in either Leeds or Dearne Valley (currently home based during COVID-19)

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and delivering multiple medium to large business change projects to time, standard, and budget on behalf of the client
  • Delivering all relevant project governance documentation and quality assurance
  • Supporting work stream leaders in identifying detailed requirements
  • Designing project plans incorporating 3rd party and external dependencies
  • Chairing internal and external meetings, workshops & presentations
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients and 3rd parties
  • Conducting project reviews and health checks

What we’re looking for:

  • Expert in the use of office tools including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and SharePoint
  • Experience working within business change projects and programmes
  • Experience working within Customer management outsourcing markets
  • Familiarity with Prince2, Agile and Waterfall project methodologies

This division will combine expertise from our current divisions – including Customer Management, People Solutions, Software, Consulting and Scaling Partner – into one new division.

The new division will focus on serving a blue-chip client base in the UK and across Europe, with the aim of growing within these markets and expanding to new markets.
