Job Description:

The Role

As part of Fidelity’s internal advertising agency, you will play a key role in executing the creative development of national advertising campaigns – including TV, radio, print, email, digital ads, social, and websites/landing zones. Your ability to communicate concise and accurate requirements for projects will set you up for success as you collaborate enterprise-wide to manage agency deliverables and maintain relationships with third-party media agencies and vendors. You will facilitate agile ceremonies on a scrum team; use JIRA to help maintain team epics and stories, and a workflow process tool to move work through the various agency channels.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• BA/BS with significant coursework in advertising, production, creative and/or marketing
• Successful experience in a professional environment; 3+ years in an agency setting desired
• Client support in financial services and an understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred
• Self-directed with strong facilitation skills that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, providing clear direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
• Anticipate, and works to eliminate or minimize, potential challenges and issues
• Adept at problem solving and have a keen interest in finding and sharing process efficiencies
• Experience developing and managing budgets and meeting financial goals.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills

The Team

As part of the Project Management & Operations team, the Senior Marketing Producer plays a pivotal role on our fast-paced team! Clear communication is essential as you will work closely with senior business partners, account supervisors, copywriters, designers, print production, media, legal, development and QA teams to deliver award-winning advertising across all channels.
