The Implementation Manager develops plans to introduce new programs or systems into the Mobility Solution effectively. They will develop an implementation strategy that identifies tasks that need to be completed to post-integration to enable adoption and facilitate “business as usual†activities. They will ensure that people managers and employees are informed about changes in advance and receive appropriate training to prepare them. They will also partner with operations leaders, communications, HR business partners and other stakeholders on other key implementation programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals. This is a high visibility role and serves as an influential people partner for Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
• Develop and lead implementation strategies to enable the successful integration into Cox Automotive Mobility. Lead post-integration activities to facilitate a successful onboarding post-integration. Creates clear, effective deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and stakeholder meetings. Presents content that addresses needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision and validating that decision with leadership to drive the Mobility changes.
• Build, analyze, and summarize post-launch activities to provide recommendations targeted to a remote audience and providing a mobile friendly experience.
• Successfully establish and manage relationships with centers of excellence partners, the integration team, operations leaders, Mobility communications, marketing & PMO teams and HR business partners to fully meet onboarding needs. Facilitate delivery through the expertise, resources, and connections of your network. Work collaboratively with others to ensure successful assimilation and understanding of the culture, practices, and processes.
• Develop content through standard and innovative solutions for delivery of presentations and training keeping the end user’s experience and environment (e.g., remote employees working in the field).
• Proactively anticipate and plan for deployments in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change, minimizes disruptions to the business and provides a framework to ensure success. Influence lasting change in assigned businesses by serving as a change advocate on companywide strategies and initiatives through coaching, training, and development of staff on all job-related skills, processes, products, and tools to drive operational excellence in all applicable departments.
• Author job aides, presentations, implementation impacts, and other formalized documents as needed.
• Be the cultural enabler for newly integrated businesses. Establish and maintain relationships through an environment that fosters communication and collaboration.
• Generates and delivers reports to internal and external stakeholders, including project and workstream status.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or management
• 7+ years’ experience in a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in project management
• Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex enterprise projects to successful execution
• Ability to understand, interpret, manage and communicate technical and business team’s needs, concerns, risk, issues and collisions across all departments
• Effective “consultative†and influential approach, combined with action-oriented passion for speed
• Strong organization skills including the ability to establish priorities, develop work plans, assess progress towards goals, and pay attention to detailed data and information
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to a variety of stakeholders
• Strong HR and business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and resource management
• Demonstrated understanding of industry-leading Program Management methodologies and/or frameworks.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and/or neutralize organizational resistance to change.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate productive meetings with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven complex problem-solving skills and demonstrated outcome delivery
• Strong ability to build internal and external relationships for effective stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to lead conversations at senior levels with strong executive presence
• Proficient with business productivity (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to effectively perform coaching and training through various media (i.e. one-on-one, classroom environment, webinar, etc.)
• 10% travel requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification (in good standing) preferred
• Master’s degree preferred, but not required
• Prior experience with M&A and business integrations
• Certifications in leading change
• Experience in training and facilitating
• Demonstrated ability to work in a geographically disbursed and matrix organization
• Expert level experience in negotiation, collaboration, influencing, and working in a matrixed environment.
• High degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
