Based predominantly from home, you’ll have the opportunity to work in National Trust hub offices as well as properties.  It would be advantageous if you lived in the North of England and were able to travel to occasional meetings in both Gateshead and Manchester.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be an integral part of the national Innovation and Partnership Team with a strong focus being on projects currently underway in Gateshead and Manchester. You’ll assist Project Managers to build networks with external organisations (whether local community groups, charities, businesses or parts of government) and use these to both identify opportunities and to help create solutions. 

Due to the nature and the experiences we offer, you will occasionally need to work evenings and be happy to travel.

Who we're looking for

You’ll need to have:

• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with internal colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience of supporting the delivery of projects in partnership.
• Project management assistance experience, particularly in the initial concept phase leading to delivery.
• Excellent relationship, and communication skills working with a wide variety of people and experience of supporting the development of effective networks and partnerships.
• The ability to work at pace, with an eye for detail and quality.
• An aptitude for working across a number of teams and locations as well as with a high degree of autonomy.
