Role Summary:

This role will be critical to the delivery of an enterprise-wide, multi-year transformation agenda. It will require the ability to perform a robust diagnostic of the enterprise, inform the prioritization of opportunities, and execute a multi-year playbook for transformation. Building strong partnerships across the business will be essential to deliver on short-term and long-term transformation objectives. It will also require the ability to flex seamlessly between broad evaluation and prioritization of the work and the detailed execution required to deliver on change across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a robust diagnostic of the organization, including inventory of new opportunities and in-flight work linked to efficiency and effectiveness, in order to create recommendations for how to pursue the work based on a core prioritization framework
• Execute a multi-year playbook for business transformation across the enterprise to capture short-term value and drivel long-term growth
• In the short-term, execute on opportunities that will lay the foundation for generating near-term investment capacity in the business
• In the long-term, collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to redesign major business processes and ways of working across the organization
• Surface compliance, regulatory, human capital, business disruption, and other risks to be addressed and mitigated
• Collaborate, influence, and partner across the enterprise (growth platforms, sub-business, functional areas, etc.) in pursuit of sustainable transformation
• Act as a change agent for ongoing innovations and efficiencies; inspire change in the business by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization

Critical Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8-10 years relevant experience
• Relevant pharmacy and/or healthcare experience preferred
• Experience and/or working knowledge across multiple growth platforms, sub-business and/or functions preferred
• High degree of flexibility and agility, works well in a fast-paced environment
• Thrives on dealing with ambiguity and managing complexity
• Strong relationship management; able to build strong relationships with colleagues
• Ability to understand complex needs of stakeholders across the organization
• Innovative and will challenge the status quo
• Strong business acumen to support strategic alignment of initiatives
• Acts authentically with honesty and integrity to create trusted relationships
• Independently identifies and frames opportunities in a structured, data-driven way to clearly communicate options, risks, trade-offs
• Ability to design, gain alignment and successfully execute key enterprise initiatives from start to finish
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
• Can flex seamlessly between broad thinking/planning and detailed execution of complex initiatives
• Proactively identifies and addresses gaps in current strategies and process that do not meet business needs or generate business value
• Maintains focus on highest priority and highest impact work
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, including ability to collect, analyze, and offer relevant insights from data
• Able to execute in a virtual environment
