Microsoft’s Risk Management team is seeking to hire a Senior Program Manager who is passionate about mitigating payment fraud risk in a customer centric manner. You will be responsible for identifying and designing opportunities to support and/or develop programs to mitigate payment fraud for many of Microsoft’s ecommerce businesses such as Azure, Office, Xbox and Microsoft.com. You will help define the onboarding strategy and coordinate cross-team onboarding programs by gathering requirements, understanding business strategies and priorities and customer support requirements to stop bad actors and protect good customers. All of this will be done by leveraging your extensive knowledge of coordinating and implementing large scale, multinational risk management solutions in collaboration with engineering, data science, product owners, operations, and support teams. If you’re an experienced risk program manager with a track record of developing/implementing customer centric fraud management strategies, we’d love to meet you!
