The Role

The Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy, Planning & Product Enablement team is looking for an energetic Program Manager to provide support for communications delivery and program management for complex projects. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of initiatives that provide business vision and guide IT projects with a focus on customer impact.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

5-7 years’ experience in Program Management or Corporate Communications, graphic design experience a plus

Bachelor’s Degree required

Communication capability to craft clear, concise, messages and executive presentations that visually communicate a compelling story

Proven project management, organization, and business analysis skills in a dynamic business environment; prioritizing, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Ability to assess and integrate new information and requirements into plans seamlessly (PM)

Critical thinking, problem solving, and working within ambiguity (Analytical Thinking)

Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills (time management)

Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint to translate sophisticated information into a simple story with graphics and visuals

Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment

Skilled influencer able to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels

Ability to acquire, synthesize and interpret program and project data into executive themes and storylines
