Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Analyze trends to identify and effectively communicate the community’s ideas and problems to design, development, and other teams.  
• Develop, communicate, and iterate on comprehensive plans that align product features and services with engineering efforts and leadership expectations.  
• Plan, facilitate, and communicate project scoping, execution, issue tracking and customer adoption 
• Assess and communicate project progress across stakeholder groups 
• Consistently monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.  

• Orchestrate and support a team environment that is proud of their collaborative impacts.  

Qualifications

Qualifications  

• 4+ years of product management experience developing customer facing applications.  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.   

• Proven track record of identifying and implementing customer opportunities for compelling product roadmap, while managing platform technical obligations.  
• Examples of creating highly consumable customer-facing product documentation and feature crew ready artifacts.  
• Demonstrated ability to breakdown features into technical requirements that can be appropriately resourced and tracked.  
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate experiences for a community of millions.  

Preferred Skills:  

• Background with Google, Microsoft or Apple authentication services 
• Experience orchestrating and delivering on cross-service, cross-org experiences.  
• Supporting and delivering applications for educators, students, or consumers.  
• Working knowledge of project management and reporting tools (Jira, AzureDevOps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc
