Intelligent Conversation and Communication Cloud (IC3) powers billions of real-time customer conversations across Microsoft’s first party (Teams, Skype), Second party (Dynamics) and third party (Azure Communications Service) solutions. IC3 is looking for an experienced Program Manager in our team that is responsible for enabling admin-facing functionality for Microsoft Teams through exceptionally reliable & scalable services and innovate on our Devices Experiences.

You would join as a Program Manager in the team responsible for Microsoft Teams management Infrastructure and expanding the devices footprint for Microsoft Teams. This will require defining product investments and priorities for your engineering teams, creating clarity for the team and the effort, and collaborating with multiple engineering and PM teams across the organization. You will partner with teams across Microsoft 365 to deliver world-class planet-scale, compliant, and sustainable cloud infra & services, that focuses on core customer value.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to look at the big picture, is ready to dive into the details, and provide clarity for the team to be their best. Here are few additional responsibilities:

• Define & drive objectives and key results (OKRs) and maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements
• Working with Engineering Managers to create crisp and clear product plans
• Partnering closely with partner teams to meet our customer needs with quality and agility
• Develop technical expertise in the domain quickly and become the trusted subject matter expert
• Planning and leading monthly, quarterly and planning product reviews with PM and engineering leaders across the company
• Deeply understand our customers and can distill what are their unmet, unarticulated needs
• Thinking big and moving quickly with a sharp focus on telemetry, experimentation, and business outcomes
• You must be an experienced Program Manager with deep background in aspects of software engineering with preferably experience in the areas of building cloud infra, Administration and Management, telephony devices and familiar with IT Admin persona.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in program/product management
• Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude are very welcome.  
• Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically  
• Demonstrated written, and verbal communication skills to articulate plans, strategy, vision to the team & leadership
• Strong technical aptitude
• A track record of successfully driving mission critical projects with cross-company and/or cross-industry stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic
• You should have an ability to come up to speed quickly on new technical domains and be comfortable in discussing, understanding, and contributing to detailed technical problems. You must be at ease in translating the end user needs into technical specification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
