About the role

We are looking for a mature product leader to drive our strategies and investments in lighting up Microsoft search experience for the organizational data across Microsoft products including Bing, SharePoint, Office.com, Teams and Windows. In an increasingly content enriching world, we are seeking someone can use deep insights from their technical background, customer interactions, competitive analysis and product telemetry to design and build features for Microsoft search. 

This position is perfect for someone who loves working on complex problems, collaborating with teams across Microsoft to define product feature roadmap/execution plans and create compelling value proposition for Microsoft. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define and drive the strategy for expanding Microsoft Search to light up new experiences  
• Be an excellent liaison between multiple teams, identifying and leveraging collaboration opportunities 
• Be an advocate for the customer. Drive customer and product inquiries to derive insights
• Be a great communicator. Close the loop, drive momentum and generate clarity amongst stakeholders
• Drive the product and feature roadmap leveraging their deep technical and analytical insights

Qualifications

Key Requirements 

• A university degree (BS or MS) in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent experience 
• Minimum of 10+ years of software product management experience 
• Strong written/verbal communication skills 
• Strong technical problem-solving skills 
• Great cross-group collaboration skills
