This job is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Digital Workplace team who builds applications for employees and Microsoft’s Global Workspace team. Together, we can help Microsoft create the campus of the future, including the new Puget Sound East Campus and many of the global campus like Hyderabad Building as part of Campus modernization. We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to come up with roadmaps, build new insight utilizing the data, models/predictions, services, run enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze the derive insights from the devices data.
• Partner with the Core product teams to provide feedback, work on resolution, prioritize a product roadmap that enables our team to provide frictionless device experience to employees and give productive time back.
• Plan and deliver each release, write user stories, and groom the backlog for scenarios, features.
• Partner with our Software Engineering team as they build solutions/insights to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
• Support the Agile project delivery cadence by helping balance team performance with tight deadlines.
• Ensure user stories are traceable, well-communicated, and aligned to the overall business or solution vision.
• Work closely with cross-geographically located, Product Management, Research, Design and Engineering to envision and build the next generation of cross-device experiences using detailed specifications with a user focus.
• You will design and run feature experiments and utilize results to inform our product direction. This includes data collection and results analysis.
• Identify platform, derive data analysis, figure out AI/ML models required and build derived predictive insights.
• Foster an engineering culture focused on customer satisfaction using a data informed approach.                                                                                           

Qualifications

• 10+ years of shipping production software
• Data and Analytics experience including AI/ML technologies and Insights.
• Experience in defining Telemetry and Metrics.
• Experience with big data, profile, & ML to service personalized/relevant content
• Solid understanding of various data and insights capabilities and the ability to hold technical discussions, go deep in technical areas
• Have a sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, completeness, and resulting user experience.
• Strong track record of not only individual excellence, but a demonstrated commitment to making others around them great.
• Outstanding cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Agile software development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
• A Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or the equivalent in real-world experience

Preferred, not required: 

• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, developing project plans, and managing releases on short cycles (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering results in an ambiguous and changing environment
