Our team continues to grow and increase its charter, and in this role you will coordinate and drive investments spanning all of M365 to deliver best-in-class everyday pen and ink capabilities to our customers to help them unleash their creativity and collaborate more effectively, while providing pull to Windows tablets. This is a high-profile investment area that leverages next-generation technologies, intelligent services, and partnerships with teams across the company

About the Team 

The NUI team sits at the nexus of Office, Windows and Surface, designing features and functionality that create Microsoft-wide value. Our team drives voice, pen and ink, and touch investments for Office, building intuitive and natural experiences into Teams + Whiteboard, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and more to help people be productive no matter where they are. We also coordinate features across Office endpoints (Web, Windows, Android, Mac and iOS) and device types (desktop, tablet and phone).

• Coordinate all investment in the space, including within our own cross-geo team and in partnership with Windows and Surface 
• Gather customer requirements using customer feedback channels and product data 
• Land designs to drive key innovations into Office, balancing customer needs, technical requirements, and timelines 
• Validate customer scenarios and proposed designs, leveraging appropriate customer channels 
• Work across several engineering teams to deliver high-quality and on-time releases 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications 

• 8+ years of product management experience 
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders from ideation to production 
• Demonstrated passion for customer-centric designs and customer validation, including experience gathering requirements from customers 

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to flow between technical and experience-led conversations with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams and orgs 
• Deep commitment to achieving high user and business partner satisfaction, influencing decisions for the right solutions and balancing priorities across customer, business and technical needs
