We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive the growth for one of the business segments in the WebXT (Web experiences) org which delivers delightful consumer experiences across Bing, MSN, Edge and other web canvases for 100s of millions of users across 100s of languages and countries.   

As a PM in this role, you will:

1. Define and deliver on the growth through distribution, partnerships, promotions, evangelism for web experiences in one of our business segments.
2. Create win-win partnership pitches and evolve strategic partnerships to drive growth, elevate value from each partnership. Be the Product POC to execute partnerships along with Biz Dev team.
3. Work across various channels to amplify promotions & evangelism to drive DAU growth
4. Continuously evolve & deliver creative ideas to make growth tactics more effective.
5. Provide articulate and data-backed hypothesis, prioritization of features to maximize DAU growth
6. Implement distribution tactics for the product feature areas – these include cross org execution of entry points, external partnerships for DAU and growth hacks.
7. Drive fast-paced execution (we ship daily!) of initiatives along with the dev and design teams, monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks in timely manner driving alignment across multiple teams.
8. Be the thought-leader for driving DAU growth across teams

Qualifications

An ideal PM in this role would be:

1. Demonstrated expertise in growing consumer products of large scale world-wide. Previous experience with distribution & partnerships a plus.
2. Flair for web experiences and high creativity wrt growth hacks, evangelism & promotions
3. Passionate & capable of driving cross-functional initiatives with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, possess a high energy level to react to situations quickly and decisively, possessing self-confidence to be assertive when taking a position, not afraid to make decisions.
5. MBA with 10+ years of product experience
