Job summary
Be responsible for providing Leadership with a holistic view of all programs in flight or coming over the horizon, so that change can be organised to implement and provide feedback optimally.
Work with diverse and multiple stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the global initiatives road map and inform leadership as to the impact on the organisation, local programs or ways of working.
Develop mechanisms to measure if predicted ROI, measures of success of an initiative have been met or identify elements contributing to them not.
Organise feedback to program/initiative leaders to support steps to overcome barriers to success.
Support capacity planning and prioritization of resource to enable the tactical delivery of multiple initiatives within the organization.
Support Leads launch and ensure all team members have the right level of capability to be successful within new processes or ways of working.
To do this, you will give visibility of all program deliverables across numerous teams, create certainty out of ambiguity of the change ahead and maintain a firm grasp over the operational and financial aspects of each program.
Surface trade- offs to allow leadership to make decisions where there are competing program deliverables.
Recommend and deliver improvements to the organisation’s ways of working and ensure any local programs have clear objectives, optimal resourcing and output/ROI measures of success.
Additionally, this role will monitor and record spend against the organisation’s budget, providing regular updates to leadership to enable decisions on future spend, resourcing asks and create a narrative to support the compilation of future budgets.


Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Synthesizing requirements coming from many stakeholders and demonstrating a solid working knowledge of the requirements to project stakeholders, sponsors and leadership.
Planning with stakeholders to align on program objectives and resources, via the provision of data and recommendations on program management and prioritization to leadership based on justification of needs and quantified benefits gathered from stakeholders
Defining and implementing metrics to measure and communicate success
Communicating the overall program roadmap and periodic status updates to leadership team.
Agreeing and driving project-related change management activities
Collaborating with members of the broader Talent Acquisition organization to allow Recruiting Products & Services to integrate and ensure their work is aligned and understood in a wider context.

Accountabilities:
• Review and align the change needs with the strategy identifying drivers of change, Sr. Leadership vision, and change definition with conceptual models of the future state;
• Assess and manage change impact, and ensure that change delivers overall value to the organization;
• Ensure change readiness, planning and effectiveness measurement;
• Ensure strategic objectives are defined/ supported/ and met by the project/ program or change initiatives;
• Ensure solutions are acceptable to the stakeholders and can be implemented;
• Identify training/ learning needs for the project/ program or change initiatives;
• Facilitate implementation sessions, trainings, or meetings so that it can be effective in achieving its objectives (identify/ review resources, effort required, timelines, agenda, objectives, etc.);
• Prioritization of project needs with other initiatives and business as usual, surfacing and outlining conflicts, trade-offs to Sr. Leadership;
• Act as a technical advisor for the Sr. Management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
Formal project management training such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
Experience working across different business lines and geographies.
Exceptional writing skills, with ability to write succinctly.
Demonstrable experience in large scale project management.
Ability to lead, teach and develop associates and managers to deliver key organizational goals.
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment.
Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
Ability to develop and implement planning processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results.
Experience with managing large-scale organizational change.
Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
Some EU travel may be required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree
Experience of working in a virtual team.
