Responsibilities :

• Strategize, plan and execute the delivery of product backlog in collaboration with the product management team and the engineering team.
• Develop matrices and assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of product delivery processes.
• Maintain organizational standards of employee satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Facilitate smooth functioning of multiple agile technical teams while establishing best practices and strong collaboration
• Effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for backlog delivery.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate delivery risks in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the project managers/scrum masters to ensure that product backlog is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ Years of industry experience with minimum 6 years of experience in a Project Management/Program Management role.
• A proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a product delivery process will be an added advantage Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of project management concepts and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodologies and practices (Scrum and Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of Software Engineering concepts and Preferably hands on experience managing IT software implementation projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
