Amazon’s Worldwide Operations and Customer Service (WW Ops & CS) organization is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join its Internal Transfer Engagement and Mobility team (iTEAM), supporting initiatives around internal hiring.
The purpose of the iTEAM is to champion internal mobility across Amazon through frustration-free global processes, and connect top talent with increased awareness of internal opportunities. The iTEAM is responsible for the internal candidate lifecycle from application through to offer, as well as supporting and leading key internal talent initiatives around global mobility, immigration, assessment, compensation, marketing and process improvement. Some of the responsibilities are:
· Drive global program expansion by developing and streamlining standard processes
· Create internal marketing and communication strategies
· Develop analytics to monitor and measure volume and impact of program initiatives
· Write narratives around program results, experiments, and success metrics
· Lead, work with and establish project teams and ensure that all agreed strategic projects are progressing and delivering desired results on time and to plan
· Build relationships with stakeholder groups and supported organizations
· Bachelor's degree or higher
· Solid program Management experience, driving complex projects through full life-cycle
· Proven experience supporting/representing cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures
· Experience measuring program impact against success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making.
· Experience writing narratives and presenting to business leaders
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
· International project management or business improvement experience within HR/Recruiting
· Proven ability to engage and influence without authority
· Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change
· Analytical experience producing reporting and data
· Experience using HR and/or recruiting systems-driven insights
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment.
