Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an experienced program manager to lead our customer acquisition workstream. This Senior Program Manager will be responsible for reviewing our current acquisition workflow and driving short-term and long-term improvements to turn it into a seamless experience for external customers and internal operators. The workflow traverses multiple teams with responsibilities for different components of the pipeline (Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations) and will require close partnership with Product to build a tech-enabled future state. This role will be responsible for maximizing lead-to-launch conversion rate and time-to-launch across the pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in process improvement and possess strong stakeholder management skills to enable cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen. They will be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Identify short and long-term improvements to our customer acquisition workflow and build business cases to invest in scalable solutions
• Lead process improvement workstreams to improve lead-to-launch conversion rate and time-to-launch across the pipeline
• Partner with Product/Tech teams to define requirements for long-term tech improvements
• Report on performance vs goal across the pipeline to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
· Strong business-process design/improvement experience
· Strong analytical skillset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience creating meaningful reporting and analyses for business stakeholders
· Experience with large scale, cross-functional end-to-end project management
· Bachelor's Degree
Preferred qualifications
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- MBA
