Job Description

As we operate in a hyper-transparent world where environmental vulnerabilities can surface rapidly and impact our brand reputation and corporate performance, it becomes increasingly important to have a robust mechanism to proactively gain insights to emerging risks and trends. Each year, we aggregate data points on our quality, safety, environmental and sustainability metrics from operations across our global system. The Coca-Cola Company has committed to a multi-year journey to implement a SaaS solution (Enablon; referred to as 'KOSMOS' internally), our next-generation platform for collection, governance, and reporting of Quality, Safety, Environment and Sustainability data.

The objective is to implement an efficient, user-friendly, and value-added process, which enables timely, accurate, and connected data to drive business objectives. The KOSMOS (Enablon) platform will enable the company to collect and report effectively against our sustainability goals for the next decade. In turn, this enhances brand value through meeting stakeholder expectations for increased transparency and more robust, regular data as well as simplifying our data collection processes.

The Senior Program Manager, EHS Digital Transformation will sit within our QSE team (Quality, Safety & Environment) and be responsible for all aspects of our KOSMOS Implementation. The job will include working with the KOSMOS (Enablon) Steering Team to align strategy and direction; managing and partnering with the software and implementation partners; leading cross-functional and cross-geographic project teams to develop and execute rollout plans; ensure alignment, effective communication, and change management; manage budget and resources and ensure project delivery within timelines.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Partnering with key stakeholders, develop and refine the strategy and implementation roadmap to meet company’s sustainability and QSE goals.

Establish cross-functional project teams and other resource commitments as necessary for program implementation.  Document roles, responsibilities, and agreed time commitments to ensure support for all project phases.  Continually monitor and update resource management plans as needed to accommodate changes in scope or organization.

Coordinate with vendors and project teams to document clearly defined business requirements for scoping work and defining project success criteria.

Ensuring system wide & timely roll out of KOSMOS (Enablon) modules for Sustainability and other QSE Metrics.

Establish program management routines for the overall project and key workstreams, including charters, principles, detailed project schedules, project meetings and technical working sessions, budget management, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, lessons learned documentation, etc.

Execute program management routines to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery of full scope through all project phases from design, through build, piloting/testing, and rollout. Ensure project documentation is maintained, both for key decisions during the projects as well as the documentation required for ongoing sustainable operation.

Partner with Public Affairs Communication and Sustainability function (PACS) and 3rd party assurance provider (for sustainability reporting) to ensure transparent communication during design and build, and timely pre-assurance and assurance of both processes and data.

Establish and execute internal and external communication and change management routines to ensure alignment and buy-in on current and upcoming implementation roadmaps and opportunities to leverage the platform.

Manage the software and service vendors associated with KOSMOS (Enablon) implementation to create strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with clear expectations and responsibilities.  Serve as the primary contact for communicating program status, issue escalation and resolution, and development pipeline needs.  This includes review and approval of statements of work, change orders, invoices, and project updates.

Maintain contact with peer companies and software user groups to share implementation best practices and identify near/medium/long-term enhancements that can be built into the overall strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications & Requirements:

7+ years’ functional experience leading large-scale projects, implementations and change management.

An understanding of Quality, Safety and Environment (Sustainability) metrics, and data processes

Prior experience implementing EHS Solutions Platforms; any other EHS software platforms (Enablon preferred/an asset).

Experience in leading diverse, virtual, cross-functional teams, with ability to manage multiple workstreams, build consensus and make decisions.
