Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Production Schedulerwill plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules and direct material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of goods and materials to meet production requirements. We seek a knowledgeable professional to conduct production planning and execution, customer and client interaction, business partnership, systems/data management and reporting and analysis.

Key Accountabilities

• Create and publish daily production plans.
• Expedite workflow and coordinate changes in schedules.
• Directly contribute to production scheduling metrics targets.
• Identifies supply and demand variability and provides necessary input to networkplanner for assigned product or location.
• Maintain and analyze data relevant to production scheduling activities including planning calendars, material data and location data.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Six years of experience with at least three in production scheduling or supply planning
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with leading a team
• Experience with SAP
