Requirements:

• Holding a degree/diploma specialized in manufacturing.
• Proven experience of minimum 3-5 years in a production environment.
• Experience in work study, quality management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to apply strategies to improve efficiency and motivate staff to achieve production targets.
• Team player with good communication skills in Sinhala & English. 
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise employees in production by planning, assigning, directing work flow & ensuring discipline of employees.
• Achieve production results in an efficient & effective manner.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to resolve work problems or assist workers to solve such issues.
• Prepare operational schedules, production summaries and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure quality production output meeting the standard specifications set.
