BMC Sofware is seeking a Senior Product Designer to take a core role in Control-M’s growing interface group. Control-M is the leading product in Digital Business Automation for millions of customers around the world. We are looking for a seasoned designer with experience developing design systems and user experiences for complex user software (especially in enterprise software). The ideal candidate will take hands-on ownership over foundational areas of our design system and development process, mentor junior designers, and work with leadership across all areas of our organization to build a culture of product experience excellence.  

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in interaction design trends on B2B Web and on-prem applications. 
• Master of design systems and interface design development. 
• Hands-on expert with design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. 
• Experience mentoring junior members. 
• Experienced with user and product research across all project phases. 
• Methodical and organized leader who creates clarity and consensus on complex initiatives. 
• Knowledge of IT and system automation applications – an advantage.  
• A portfolio of wireframes/mockups demonstrating enterprise application experiences.
