If you like shaking things up, you might just be a perfect fit for the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Cox Automotive Mobility team. Our team sits at the intersection of innovation and imagination; we’re marketing champions for autonomous, connected, electric and shared automotive technology. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Marketing for Cox Automotive Mobility. You’ll be involved with product marketing, client marketing, sales enablement, consumer research and more, all while supporting our evolving business strategy and clearly communicating the value of our products to the marketplace. What You’ll Do

You’ll define the marketing strategy that supports our Emerging Ventures business.

You’ll develop compelling marketing pitches to support new ventures, business development and client-facing efforts.

You’ll develop the unique brand positioning and value proposition for each product.

You’ll partner closely with Cox Automotive’s research to understand market needs, competitive landscapes, our audiences and more.

Along with key partners, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for new product launches.

You’ll push for the development of product features that drive growth.

You’ll mange the marketing budget, thoughtfully allocating funds to support product launches, strategic communications, campaigns and more.

You’ll work with our partners to delivery high-impact campaigns & thought leadership opportunities.

Keeping a consumer-first mindset, you’ll inspire the team to develop unique content and messaging.

Qualifications:

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who inspires trust and respect. Someone with the experience to build go-to-market strategies from the ground up, and lots of wins in the arenas of product marketing, consumer marketing, brand positioning & campaign development, sales enablement, experiential marketing and analytics.

You’ll also have a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and 7 years’ experience in product and/or consumer marketing or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Now, we’d also prefer you have the following, but it’s not necessarily required:

Experience working with global stakeholders and teams

Pragmatic Institute certifications

Experience in developing creative for advertising materials and communications

The ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles

Analysis skills to not only present data, but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement

The ability to work with sales teams on sales enablement materials

The ability to support marketing events at a national level

Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Seismic, and social platforms

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
