Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager – Real estate & long-term rental vertical

The Bing Search Quality and Experience team is looking for a creative Product Manager who is passionate about building products & user experiences to modernize search. As a PM in the Search Quality and Experiences team, you will have the opportunity to deliver the most relevant results for Search and build experiences used by a billion consumers around the world in a fail-fast, data driven, experimentation environment. You will leverage your strong product sense and customer focus to satisfy users search needs and help users consume and engage with our products

Bing Search Quality and Experience team ensures identifying unmet customer needs and pain points, delivers highly relevant results and provide delightful and most up-to-date search experience to our customers. We are eager to explore, innovate and define the modern search experience that differentiates ourselves and people truly love.

This role requires passion, capability and experience with a strong product sense to traverse a range of teams and technologies for delivering highly relevant results and awesome user experiences to our customers on online real estate and long-term rental vertical. We work on the cutting edge of search and feed experiences, as well as A/B testing and experimentation to evolve and innovate our products and features. A key part of your role will be closely collaborating with designers, user researchers, engineers, product marketing cross region/team/org stakeholders to deliver products and optimize experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the search industry and internet user behavior
• Competitor product, industry trends and user analysis
• Product positioning and feature design
• Spec, plan and execution with engineering, design, marketing team, legal, and BD team
• Validate and improve product features by measurement and experimentation
• Partner closely with your engineering team to better understand web technologies that let you push creative experiences to our users
• Work closely with the design team to push the boundaries on user experiences
• Engage with customers and user researcher to understand scenarios and ideate on UX designs
• Drive alignment across teams, assess & mitigate risks, and set priorities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of product management or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and related or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal – in English and Chinese
• Great time-management skills with the ability to handle fluctuating priorities and projects
• Creative and critical thinking about product features, architecture, and capabilities
