The Microsoft365 Core Security Team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager, with strong technical PM skills, to develop next generation solutions in the Identity, Access and Secrets management space. If you are passionate about authentication and secrets, their power and lifecycle – this team is for you. We are looking for a PM who can create a roadmap for the Access Management space and drive the execution. In this role you will be able to stretch your passion for identity and access related technology, data-based decision making, partner engagement, and enjoy being a cross-organization thought leader.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Program Manager on the team you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of the Identity and Access Management story within Microsoft365 services
• Develop and express an attacker mindset in all design efforts around secrets management, to protect Microsoft customer data stored in systems architected on Azure/Datacenter.
• Provide thought leadership on the direction of Microsoft365’s Access Management Solution
• Lay out a vision and a prioritized roadmap of product work needed to support the multitude of Microsoft365 services.
• Collaborate closely with M365 Security Team as well as service teams to architect and roll out the latest security policies to protect service and customer data.
• Define key success metrics and craft data-focused tracking of solution health and adoption.
• Report on project status in various CVP reviews, partner briefings, & security conferences  

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across services
• Proven ability to design, deliver and communicate solutions to complex technical problems
• Passion for working on technical challenges and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
• A sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, craftsmanship & completeness
• Experience working across organizations/divisions, and bringing people together to achieve the goal
• 5+ years of experience shipping large scale software desired
• Experience in the identity & access management space is a huge plus.
