We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to help bring new & differentiated security solutions to market through the combination of best-of-breed and best-of-suite security capabilities with the power of AI and automation, anchored in Zero Trust.  You will partner with security, services, and engineering teams to create, scale, and deliver new security solutions that are driven by innovation, quality, and reliability. Responsibilities

As a Senior PM Manager you will craft the vision for the cross-device platform. You will work closely with your team of PMs, engineering & research leaders, to define success, prioritize investments, and deliver value to customers. You will also develop partnerships with teams across Microsoft. Clear communications and inclusive mindset will allow you to create alignment all the way to the executive level. You will contribute to the culture and vision of the broader cross-device experiences team, model product management excellence, and coach your team as they grow in their careers.  This role will also require you to work across multiple teams with focus on following responsibilities:

• Customer focus: Work with internal and external customers on understanding/anticipating their needs and identify differentiated integration & innovation opportunities to solve the problems and delight the customers.
• Product Definition: Convert customer requirements into crisp, prioritized product roadmap, backlog, specifications with clear objectives and key results to measure success.
• User Experience Design: Work closely with designers and user research to bring intuitive, efficient experiences to life for admin and security personas.
• Technical Excellence: Work with engineering ensuring that the product truth is grounded in technical excellence. 
• Data Driven Decisions: Define KPIs, ensuring every aspect of the service is instrumented and delve deep into the data to identify key insights and drive decisions based on them.
• Collaboration: Identify and own problems and collaborate with partner teams to solve them. The PM will be expected to create an inclusive environment that brings a diverse set of ideas to the table to deliver innovative, high quality, timely solutions to the problems.
• Operational Excellence: Work with each component team ensuring we have high confidence project plans and execution rhythm leadings to timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in shipping technical products as a product manager, program manager through cross-team collaboration
