The Workforce Staffing organization is on the front line of that mission by hiring the hourly fulfillment associates who make that mission a reality. To drive the necessary growth and continued scale of Amazon’s associate needs within a constrained employment environment, Amazon has created a Workforce Staffing Analytics program. This program will re-invent how Amazon attracts, communicates with, and ultimately hires its hourly associates. This team owns multi-layered analytics and program implementation to drive deep learnings, process improvements, and strategic recommendations to leadership in EU.
What is the role?
The Sr. Program Manager Technical Recruiting Support will be responsible to manage an international, divers and high performing team in the area of system configurations, remote second level technical support and recruiter training. This role will be closely working with users of our Application Tracking System (ATS) in EU, MENA and APAC and will support WFS and external recruiters to provide standardized candidate experience across business lines and countries. The team will drive WFS to centralized solutions, while ensuring that technical solutions and workflows are adapted to local and cultural differences. This role is truly a jack of all trades; it will be part process improvement, part technical support, part international stakeholder management, and part strategic training design. Responsibilities include:
· Support and optimize internal and external processes to drive standardized candidate experience across all countries and business lines
· Manage a high performing, divers and international remote team
· Establish short and long-term programs and goals and ensure team delivery
· Team up with key business Stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and translate them into learning solutions and strategy
· End to end ownership of our application tracking system enhancements and configurations in EU
· Monitor program progress and report to senior leaders and stakeholders
· Evaluate and assess the programs strengths and weaknesses
· Prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
· Prioritize and categorize enhancement requests based on business impact and urgency
· Manage configuration requests, UATs and simple technical implementations
· Plan resources to provide optimal 2nd level technical support
· Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field
· Prior work experience in managing remote support teams
· Knowledge of training evaluation and measuring training effectiveness
· Experience in managing technical teams and strategic resource planning
· High customer obsession to go the extra mile to deliver fast, high quality service
· MBA or Masters Degree
· You have experience of working with large-scale recruiting tech
· Experience in in Contact Center Operations (Customer Service, Sales, or Collections)
· Previous experience as a manager in a Recruiting function within Manufacturing, Distribution Centre or Logistics environment
