Our Private Brands offer customers outstanding quality, at great prices and we are looking for a PMT to join the WW Private Brands Globalization team to deliver new experiences that will help customers across the world discover our Private Brands products.
As a Senior Product Manager Technical (PMT), you will develop a playbook to determine which countries we should serve, with which products and using which distribution model. To support the playbook you will need to develop integrated solutions to overcome friction in globalization across multiple areas, including: local customer requirements, compliance, supply chain, vendor setup, catalog setup, pricing and marketing.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects across WW Private Brands Globalization. You will think globally (but consider local requirements), anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the vision and strategy for Private Brand Globalization
· Write documents that work backwards from customer
· Dive deep into large data sets to perform analysis
· Partner effectively with other leaders in product, design, engineering, science and business teams to influence priorities and drive alignment
· Plan and deliver on a roadmap, defining new features to meet emerging global customers' needs
· Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Extensive experience in product or program management
· Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
· Must possess excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Experience of working globally
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA
· Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
· Experience in manufacturing and / or supply chain
· Experience in delivering Amazon-scale systems
· Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning
