Job Description:

You blend critical thinking with a passion for delivering results, while being laser focused on providing value to our customers, asset managers, and internal business partners. As a member of the FundsNetwork team, you will collaborate with your team and business partners to help drive initiatives that increase investment product usage, client experience, and overall value to Fidelity and 3rd party asset manager partners. In addition, you will play a key utility role to help provide broad organizational support (data analysis, PowerPoint support, etc.) to FundsNetwork leadership, squads, and business development teams. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.

The breadth of this role requires a diverse skills including business analysis, strategy, business case development, product development / management, and effective communication and collaboration.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelors or equivalent with proven experience, or Masters with demonstrated ability at a financial services firm or service provider to the industry.

• Self-starter, independently oriented and excited by prospect of working on strategic initiatives with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver business results

• Flexible and adaptable teammate

• Intellectually curious and willing to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization

• Ability to understand complex business problems, synthesize information, analyze data, and develop practical solutions and recommendations.

• Comfortable taking constructive feedback and working independently and with ambiguity.

• Proficient in analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); experience in Tableau, Power BI is a plus

• Provide business support to FundsNetwork leadership, squads, and business development teams by playing a key analyst role in deliverables.

• Understand asset management distribution, and Fidelity channels competitive landscape to use this information to help shape the strategy and complete deliverables.

The mission of FundsNetwork is to provide Fidelity brokerage and retirement clients open architecture access to a wide array of investment products from over 600 third-party asset managers to support the growth and prosperity of Fidelity’s distribution channels.
