Collaborate with other members of the Consulting and Cloud Services Product Management team to develop offer requirements and definition of Modern Workforce Consulting Services
Help conduct market analysis and business case development for the next generation of Modern Workforce Consulting services
Lead sustaining development efforts for offer content assets and collateral across the Modern Workforce Consulting services portfolio and serve as administrator for key internal content repositories
Work across all functional areas including product development, gathering inputs, updating plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of portfolio decisions
Collaborate with other teams such as delivery, sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure that the Consulting services portfolio is successfully launched, enabled and supported
Review offer evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions
Understand the end-to-end process of offer launches & supporting documentation in order to assist with reporting, business cases, offer pricing, & supporting applications
Participate in customer events and briefings to collect data and insights which will inform the portfolio

Essential Requirements
12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
5+ years in a technology industry with specific experience in Modern Workforce Services Portfolio Management (Microsoft Modern Work, Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing and/or ServiceNow) and/or Modern Workforce Professional Services Delivery, Sales or Solutioning
Experience with Microsoft professional services for Modern Work including identity and access management, cloud productivity with Microsoft 365, communications and collaboration, teamwork, and/or security solutions required
Experience defining and/or delivering successful modern work consulting and/or professional service offers
Desirable Requirements
Experience with Digital Employee Experience and Digital Workplace solutions, including telemetry, employee sentiment, and digital experience management platforms preferred
Experience with ServiceNow workplace services and service management solutions desired
Experience with End User Computing, Cloud and Virtual desktop solutions desired
