The Squad
 

Costa Coffee is leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform and Azure to automate and connect internal data and applications, powering global growth and efficiencies for our business. As part of this transformation, we have founded a new Agile squad to build these capabilities within Costa. The squad is developing, delivering, maintaining, and incrementing internal data and process automation tools within Microsoft Power Platform, including connected APIs, Logic Apps and other resources in Microsoft Azure.

 
The Role

• As a Senior Product Engineer (Dynamics 365 Developer), you will:
• Collaborate with your squad to build compelling internal products capable of accelerating Costa's growth around the globe
• Work hands-on to deliver across the entire product life cycle – concept, design, build (code), deploy, test, release, operate in production, and help support & maintain unit, functional, and performance test automation
• Have experience delivering applications using Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other low-code platforms), ideally with internal tooling to support automation, integration, and data flows across teams and systems
• Support your Solution Architect / Tech Lead in establishing best practices, technical ways of working, and engineering standards in the squad
  
• Deliver high-quality products using industry standard and team-adopted standards and processes
• Pair with other engineers, perform code reviews, and help your team adhere to best-in-class modern development practices.
• Participate in planning, design, and architecture sessions covering product and technical designs and architecture and implementations
• Participate fully in Agile development processes including communicating and voicing ideas, questions, and concerns openly with the team
• Have a relentless focus on quality
• Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation to support technical products in production (additional remuneration is offered for this)
• Have an entrepreneurial approach to delivery – a drive to deliver the best for customers
• Continuously improve your craft by taking time to understand feedback, research and apply new approaches and learnings from others

• Experience building, managing, and documenting APIs
• A DevOps mindset and experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Good understanding of data management
• Experience with technologies such as: Azure, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GraphQL, and SQL
• An agile mindset and experience working in Agile technical delivery teams
• Experience defining master data and working with master data systems
• Experience working with technical stakeholders such as enterprise architects as well as non-technical stakeholders such as business users
