• Overall responsibility for production budgets

• Accountable for ensuring high quality, on-brand, compliant content at all times

• People leadership and personal development of a small team of creatives

• Driving innovation in content creation, and maintain relevance and authenticity in everything that is made

• Prioritisation of internal resource and delegation of workload

• Represents the in-house production team more broadly across the business

• Creates and maintains excellent relationships with other content creating entities within the LEGO Group

The Editorial and Content team is responsible for crafting, running and marketing experiences that provide inspirational experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages, across all touch points. These experiences are essential to the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in meaningful ways which builds deeper consumer engagement and improves consumer lifetime value. The Senior Producer needs to ensure excellent standards of quality across the board, even for low impact, quick turnaround content creation and adaptation.

Do you have what it takes?

• A university degree in a related field is not essential for this role, rather a love and passion for what you do that has delivered fantastic results.

• Digital native with strong editorial background.

• Proven to show inspirational creative leadership.

• Experience in content creation across multiple media and platforms.

• Innovative out-of-the box thinker.

• Proficient in working at multiple speeds / timelines.

• A collaborative and adaptable standout colleague that functions well in a fast-paced changing environment and a global team.

• Experience in the field of digital content creation for children (including child safety) would be great but it is not a prerequisite.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. We see other language skills as a benefit and would love to hear about them.
