What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach towards the customer to fully understand their overall business goals. From there, you will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions.

You will:

• Create and own the pre-sales qualification process and deliver the architectural design, strategy and plan, leading technical customer engagements
• Develop and cultivate strong customer relationships to identify additional opportunities with current accounts
• Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects where a high number of technical staff are involved, including training or on-the-job mentoring
• Have deep, extensive knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integration capabilities and related environments, keeping up to date with the latest industry developments
• Lead executive level customer facing presentations

Essential Requirements:

• Experience with a subset of Dell Data Protection portfolio (Data Domain, Avamar, NetWorker, IDPA, CyberRecovery)
• Familiarity with Networking (Dell preferred) and Virtualization (VMware preferred)
• Must possess a Secret Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance
• Ability to travel up to 75% Domestic and International

Desirable Requirements:

• Top Secret Department of Defense (DOD) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) highly preferred
• Technical team leadership/mentorship
• Dell Proven Professional Certification(s)
