What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will validate software packages on our hardware platforms. You will also be involved in performance testing and looking into how we can implement and drive business value from the next generation of Dell & Microsoft technology.

You will:
• Work within a Scrum Team structure to deliver the acceptance criteria of assigned stories.

• Work with Product Owners, Architecture and Product Management to refine epics for acceptance into future PI's.

• Become an SME within the team and mentor junior team members.

• Be inquisitive, ask questions and strive for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of related experience

• Microsoft Azure - Design & Implementing Solutions
• Microsoft Hyper Converged Infrastructure

• Hyper-V

• S2D

• PowerShell scripting
• Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree

• Dell PowerEdge server experience

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
• Capability to influence others to achieve results
