Our working environment is very fast paced and exciting, no two days are the same. To be part of our gang you need to be passionately obsessed by food and retail, tenacious, self-starting and a confident and experienced leader.
Key accountabilities and measures
Bags of energy are critical and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure. To be brilliant in this role, you’ll need a creative, problem-solving, growth mindset with the hunger to always look at ways to improve and do things differently. To use a well-worn phrase, ‘retail is detail’, and you’ll need to be all over the detail to make sure work is always delivered to the very highest standard. Strategic thinking is key, able look at things from all angles, shape future vision and drive through change. And, did we mention creativity! We thrive on new insights that we can make relevant to the media and our customers… and always doing things differently, better, and more creatively than anyone else!
Of course a love of Food is essential but not necessarily previous food experience- if you have experience in any area of lifestyle PR but a personal passion for (M&S) food, we want to hear from you.
