·
· Negotiate with stakeholders from different teams across the organization, run effective meetings and set clear objectives and timelines.
·
· Understand the interdependencies between Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation and Finance to resolve launch blockers in real time.
·
· Manage and develop a small team of junior PMs and interns.
·
· Develop metrics and reports to provide guidance on the impact of new FC launches.

· Strong bias for action, able to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment.
· Advanced analytical skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from large amounts of data.
· Able to understand technical issues and their implications.
· Curiosity to continue learning, proven record of that aspect along the professional trajectory.
· Advanced Excel skills preferable.
· Fluency in SQL.
· Operations experience.
