As Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to work with consulting and technology partners to drive adoption of Amazon’s web services. You will report to the Partner Sales Leader in France, and lead a team of Partner Sales representatives to build customer mindshare and adoption of AWS solutions through Partners.

The ideal candidates have a business and sales background that enables them to easily interact at the Partners' C-level (Global System Integrators, but also all types of partners), as well as with customers and field account managers. They also have experience working for, or with Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers, Professional Services companies.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will build and execute the go-to-market strategy with Partners for customers in your segment of clients. You will manage interactions with partners on joint customer opportunities leveraging the benefits of the AWS Partner Program. In addition to our partners, you will collaborate with partner management, business development, marketing, solution architecture and sales teams.

This role can be based in Courbevoie, Lyon, Nantes or Lille.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of technology related sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience working with Consulting Companies and/or technology vendors to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Experience working in the territory with partners and customers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience and track record of success in leading and managing partner ecosystems / channels & alliances in France
  • Degree in business administration or IT disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial “builder” mentality
