Microsoft Search Advertising (MSA) empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform.  We are seeking top performing Partner Sales Executive with search advertising and digital advertising experience who can drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationship with our sales house in the Middle East and Northern Africa MENA region, delivering customized digital solutions to the partners advertising needs and representing Microsoft Advertising with regional industry.

The Partner Account Executive will develop strong partner relationships anchored on connections with appropriate C-level executives and Business and Technical Decision Makers in the partners’ organization. They develop quality partner plans laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies. Success is measured by specific indicators focused on new business, driving product adoption, driving Industry engagement, emphasizing customer experience, and optimizing revenue opportunities. The PSE performs their role with execution excellence to drive client success and business results.

Strong partner Planning:  Develop strong partner and stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate across a wide array of internal and external audiences, including Microsoft BD team, Sales House partner, search business and technology teams, MSA global and regional teams, Microsoft legal, PR and executive leadership. Must be a seasoned and experienced diplomat in all written and oral communications, fluent in English. Communication to include oral and written ongoing business reviews, Revenue performance and planning, email updates, and status reports. Develop and maintain high quality, actionable Strategic Partner Plans and quarterly Joint Business Plans (where applicable).  Demonstrate deep understanding of partner needs, regional market differences, challenges/concerns, and goals/objectives.  Develop a cohesive action plan to address those opportunities. Agreed plan with partner. Review quarterly with management. Lead execution of all agreed Account Plan/JBP action items. Ensures follow-through by all participants. 
Fluent advocate of the Bing and One Microsoft Story:  Educate the Regional Industry on how Microsoft Advertisings features, and offerings help them to reach their business goals and new markets/targets. Utilize all available readiness materials (inclusive of Marketing materials, Training & other GTM assets) and insights to ensure you are a fluent advocate of the Microsoft Advertising and One Microsoft story.  Develop and demonstrate an intermediate to expert level knowledge of emerging products/features.
