Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the implemented solutions/services are in line with operational needs
• Verify the system availability is in line with the SLAs
• Customer relationship management, issue management and resolution and providing operational support meeting SLAs
• Produce management reports on customer status and technical matters.
• Work independently with customers, maintaining regular communication to ensure high customer
• Help the team, managers and peer engineers on solving key technical issues

 
What we expect:

• BSc Degree in Engineering or Telecommunication
• Experienced in VAS protocols such as Sigtran, SMPP, SIP, TCAP/MAP, Diameter, RTP
• More than 2 years Experienced in VAS products such as SMSC, USSD, MMSC, IVR, RBT, VMS
• Proven experience in troubleshooting on UNIX/LINUX environment
• Good understanding on Customer Operations and Maintenance
• Hands on experience in Databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Use of network/protocol analytical tools such as Wireshark.
• Experience in handling Linux based network monitoring tools (Nagios, SAR, MRTG, etc).
• Telecom core network knowledge, shell scripting and virtualization.
• A team player who is self-driven and works under pressure with good negotiation skills.
