• Be the ambassador of the OESP program within LEGO Retail, working closely with the Global OESP team
• Drive the change by engaging key LEGO Retail Stakeholders
• Support Regional Retail Marketing teams in executing our OESP program with our key markets
• Facilitate implementation of Global tools
• Track performance, run AAR, and report back to the Global OESP team
• Give input for the development of Global playbooks and Global content through Global LEGO Retail teams
As our global OESP Senior Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating OESP program execution across LEGO Retail; engaging diverse LEGO Retail teams (Marketing, eCommerce, Finance…), facilitating integration with local markets, and working closely with Global OESP teams.
• Experience and passion for building effective multi-channel brand marketing campaigns
• Sophisticated understanding of brand and product marketing, global brand experience a plus
• Digitally-oriented marketer possessing proficiency with full-funnel marketing planning, enlisting owned, earned, shared, and paid media to optimally reach shoppers with a ‘through-the-line’ approach
• Proven success leading integrated omnichannel marketing strategies in a large matrix environment, demonstrating the ability to command a room with a high degree of executive presence
• The ability to think shopper-first and know how to apply both creativity and data to drive the right initiatives that help the shopper on the path to purchase
