myCigna’s Senior Mobile Product Owner is responsible helping drive Cigna’s mobile app portfolio and its millions of healthcare users. The Senior Mobile Product Owner helps drive mobile features and product roadmaps while working with delivery teams across Cigna Digital.

Working alongside the Mobile Product Manager, the Senior Mobile Product Owner will support Cigna’s data-driven strategy and “Mobile First” vision to deliver value for Cigna mobile customers, clients, and business stakeholders.

This position will collaborate with other digital leaders, product owners, content authors, designers, engineers, and scrum masters to ensure that Cigna’s digital features are identified, prioritized, documented, and successfully delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for articulating and translating the Product Manager’s vision into high-quality features which would stitch together UX designs, user analytics, and business requirements.
• Works with user experience design experts, content authors, business leads, and research analysts to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences.
• Helps define feature-level key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Works within the scrum teams to set clear direction and expectations, articulate business requirements, and provide subject matter expertise through constant communication and collaboration with the delivery team, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensures that mobile product features are accurately represented and delivered by Cigna Digital’s delivery teams using typical agile methodologies, recognizing opportunities for alignment, synergy, and iteration.
• Understands the use and practicality of new and emerging digital technologies and functionalities and introduces new and relevant ideas and capabilities on a regular basis.
• In conjunction with the Product Manager, owns the team backlog and grooms and prioritizes existing work, including the decomposition of program/portfolio epics.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in Digital Product Management OR Mobile / Digital Development. (Developers are encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with healthcare, the insurance industry, or another complex regulated environment is NOT required.
• Experience with successfully delivering critical projects using agile development frameworks (CSM/CSPO/PSM/SAFe POPM)
• Experience with UX design and capable of concept development in partnership with design teams strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Experience with software development tools, such as Rally, Jira, Asana.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
