Core Responsibilities

· Head-up strategic Digital Media Kids Partnerships on a regional level with SuperAwesome, Gameloft, Playwire and Venatus to grow relationships and identify new opportunities.

· Translate global campaign ideas into regional digital media partnership strategy and execution – facilitating multi-market activity optimised for value and efficiency – managed into market via specialist media agency resource.

· Responsible for managing the relationship with the media agency partnerships team.

· Negotiate for local markets to maximise on strategic value-adds by chairing the Consumer Media Champions network.

· Represent the region on the Global Partnerships council – influencing global colleagues to ensure WE requirements underpin the global approach.

· Proactively enable joined-up campaign integration with LEGO owned channels and continually improve collaboration.

· Functional coaching and mentoring for the WE Digital Intern ensuring a positive, productive and inclusive experience.

The Western European Marketing Team helps to shape the global marketing agenda and translates into regional priorities and builds regional frameworks for execution.

It covers the functional areas of digital marketing, trade marketing, media management, marketing planning and performance and brand management.

Do you have what it takes

Experience in a digital marketing role, with experience in digital channels, plus ownership of well-rounded digital media strategy, ideally within kids media and/or gaming experience

· A digital native who understands the ways in which brands can communicate and build authenticity in online channels.

· Insights and results driven performance marketer.

· Proven ability to thrive in a complex organisation with a large and varied stakeholder set.

· Strong collaboration skills, comfortable with managing multiple inputs.

· Experience managing agencies to drive efficiencies, clear communication and multi-market scale.
