Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Program Management to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, Mission, Kansas or Draper, Utah.  This role offers a flexible hybrid working environment.

The Role:

Cox Automotive, a leading provider of dealership software solutions, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Program Management to oversee marketing activities across a portfolio of brands including Xtime, VinSolutions, Dealertrack DMS and Dealer.com.  The Manager will support the Dealer Software Solutions Marketing team in achieving the annual Marketing goals set for the department.  This position creates clarity and alignment across the larger marketing team to allow team members to focus on their value-added work, by making work processes easier, faster, and more effective.   This individual will contribute to the success of the team by serving as the key project manager for the department and proactively driving alignment across teams, as well as championing people-first continuous improvement and process maturity.

This role will work closely with Marketing internal stakeholders to ensure we are delivering and driving business impact to the organization and is responsible for making sure projects are delivered on time, have exceptional quality, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develops project schedules and status reports; tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet our business goals. Enables teams to track work with Monday.com.

Proactively creates and drives a culture of people-first continuous improvements across the team and partners with teams to define, document, standardize and improve key processes.

Support in the development and tracking of the annual and quarterly Marketing Plans that set annual/quarterly goals and deliver on business impact.

Lead cross-functional operations meetings and ensure projects/tasks are completed on time, on scope and on budget; Proven ability to set priorities, unblock teams, assess risk, and meet deadlines

Manages and reports on the marketing department budget and resolves issues across the team

Lead onboarding, adoption, and governance of our marketing tools and new processes including training, documentation, and governance.

Qualifications:

BS/BA in related field and 7+ years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of program management experience managing and reporting on complex projects – ideally as part of a marketing organization

3+ years of hands-on experience leading lean/continuous improvement projects – ideally as part of a marketing organization

Working knowledge of B2B marketing

Highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful, ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively and build collaboration between cross-functional teams 

Thrives in fast-paced environments, are flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done.

Ability to identify, define, document, and improve processes to drive consistent business results

Outstanding team leader and relationship builder that can drive results through influence

Detailed and results-oriented with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills 

Understanding of people-first continuous improvement and change management principles 

Demonstrated experience producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Monday.com or other project management platform experience 

Proven experience in identifying and implementing new tools, technology and platforms to scale processes, learning and campaign effectiveness

Ability to manage the budget process, including understanding of basic finance principles

Strong in Microsoft Suite – especially Powerpoint and Excel
